Our role is to reduce risk and preserve knowledge, not to take ownership away from the people who already know your system best. We work alongside your current developer, agency, or internal team to ensure the system can be supported even if someone becomes unavailable. In most cases, your developer remains the primary builder. We serve as the safety net.
